TIRUNELVELI TOWN– TENKASI METRE GAUGE SECTION TO BE CLOSED

 FOR TRAFFIC FROM 01.01.2009 FOR GAUGE CONVERSION WORK

            The 72-km long metre gauge section between Tirunelveli Town  and Tenkasi will be closed for traffic from 01.01.2009 to 30.06.2010 in connection with the ongoing gauge conversion work. 

            The Travelling public is requested to bear with the temporary inconvenience caused due to the closure of the Tirunelveli Town  – Tenkasi section during the period 01.01.2009 to 30.06.2010 for gauge conversion work.
